By purchasing or accessing any TORDOX materials, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the Product
TORDOX provides structured organizational control systems delivered as documentation, templates, and records in digital file format.
The materials are not software, not a service, and not consulting.
No implementation, training, advisory, or operational support is included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Access & Delivery
Purchases are processed via a third-party platform (e.g. Gumroad).
After purchase, you receive access to the System materials as described on the product page.
Delivery may include downloadable files or access instructions provided after purchase.
4. License & Permitted Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials within a single organization for internal purposes only.
You may:
- Use the materials internally
- Modify them for internal organizational use
- Integrate them into your internal governance practices
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the materials externally
- Publish the materials or derivatives publicly
- Use the materials to create competing products
5. No Guarantees
The System provides structure and formalization, not outcomes.
We do not guarantee:

6. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TORDOX shall not be liable for:

All materials remain the intellectual property of TORDOX.
No ownership rights are transferred by purchase.
8. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access, all sales are final, unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated on the sales platform.
